The company described on this website is a legitimate company. We do not sell magazines and have nothing to do with the company using our name that does.

We have sued the company that does for using our name. We will sue for slander anyone who tells the public we are the company selling magazines and that we took their money and did not deliver.

Next time shop at Lowe's they only hire 

General Contractors. 

 

The Home Depot hires a General Contractor. 

He then hires Sub-Contractors.  

 

Go to Lowe's and ask only one question. 

 

Will the General Contractor show up 

at my House. ( In Person ). :(

As has been stated, the legit Kay's Naturals sells gluten-free high proten snack foods, among other things. I have used their products for over a year now and just heard of this issue today when searching for their website. 

 

Please make sure that you are referencing the correct entity when voicing your complaints as Kay's Naturals foods are healthy and delicious.  

 

There is no ruse. Do some research.

My name is Tim and John I would like to tell you I work for Kay's Naturals the " Natural food company". How about you do a little research before you start talking about a company that you know nothing about. We do make health food products and are known all over the country for our great products. Our website is www.kaysnaturals.com . John and anyone else for that matter can see that we are who we say we are and can look on the site and see who our owner is. Also John the mag. company that you and others talk about is www.ournaturals.com . We are Inc. they are LLC. If you look John you will see that we are in Federal Court with Kay's Naturals LLC over name rights and there is a cease and desist order on them. So before you go hurting our company by your incorrect comments do some research and correct your last statement. Thanks

It would seem as though the infamous Karleen Hillery has struck again. This time she has engineered a twist to the scam, putting off her magazine subscription ruse under the brand name of a health food company she has started. Do not be fooled by the double talk and threats posted here, these are merely the attempts of a desperate woman to take desperate measures in protecting herself, very ingenious, really. If, as the above poster who "does not sell magazines", has really sued the "magazine sales" company then why is it that they continue to defraud people throughout the country. Aren't these types of lawsuits usually accompanied by cease and desist orders? Because Karleen Hillery has now entered the health food busines does that really make her unscrupuloous magazine sales any less fradulent. Health food...I think not.
